**Job Title:** Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with complex mental health and intellectual disabilities in their homes and within the community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities, mental health, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. You will work closely with our clients and their families to provide personalized support and enable them to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care and manual handling
  • Cooking, cleaning, and other household chores
  • Medication administration
  • Community access

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience supporting individuals living with physical/intellectual disability, mental health
  • Evidence of 3 doses for COVID-19
  • Current CPR, FIRST AID, Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Check
  • NSW Drivers License and Comprehensive car insurance preferred
