- Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure the organization's financial stability
- Oversee the performance of the organization, including monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
- Lead and manage the senior leadership team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Represent the organization externally, building relationships with stakeholders and promoting the organization's interests
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience, preferably in a similar industry or organization
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business plans and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
