**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Center Manager who will lead our team with kindness, inclusivity, and a commitment to quality care. This is an opportunity for a passionate and impactful leader to inspire teams to deliver exceptional learning environments.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent and be legally ready to shine with full working rights. They will also hold a current Child Protection certificate and a Food Safety Supervisor certificate.

This role requires someone who is responsible and warm, with a professional manner and a love for building strong connections with families and the local community. Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
