We are seeking a Wellbeing Consultant to empower individuals and organizations through expert wellbeing services.
- Deliver wellbeing check and assessment services in accordance with best practice requirements.
- Conduct and manage wellbeing check and processes as per requirements.
- Administer wellbeing check and assessment processes while complying with established best practice principles.
- Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders within company guidelines.
- Understand customer requirements of wellbeing check and assessment processes and apply the correct clinical support models to support requirements.
- Provide expertise in consultancy products as developed and appropriate.
- Qualifications in Psychology.
- Professional registration with relevant health professional body (AHPRA, AASW).
- Minimum five years post-registration experience.
- Candidates from organisational psychology or HR consulting backgrounds preferred.
- Able to analyse data using qualitative and quantitative techniques.
- A strong background in organisational consultancy.
- Confidence with computer systems an asset.
