- Support athletes to build skills, strategies, and confidence needed to navigate the pressures of elite sport, maintain wellbeing, and pursue meaningful education, career, and life opportunities.
- Facilitate connections with education providers, employers, and community organisations to create flexible dual career options for athletes.
The focus is on supporting athletes' overall development and success.
