Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Network Solutions Expert. This position involves working closely with our sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive data center solutions that meet client requirements.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for leading technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops that highlight the value of our offerings. Your expertise in networking, data center technologies, and customer engagement will play a crucial role in securing new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and implement tailored data center solutions that cater to client needs.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and solution workshops that showcase the benefits of our services.
  • Design, configure, and validate network and data center solutions, including LAN/WAN, security, virtualization, and cloud integration.
  • Provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycle, from initial consultation to post-sale support.
  • Assist in proposal preparation, RFP responses, and other documentation required for sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data center solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Presales Consultant, Network Engineer, or similar role with a focus on data center solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of data center technologies, including networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting in a data center environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, VMware, and Microsoft.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, VCP) are a plus.
