The Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Expert to join our APAC regional team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing regional processes and managing local depots and their respective teams.

You will focus on driving operational results in terms of fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role requires ownership of end-to-end processes supporting these objectives, spanning real estate expansion projects, day-to-day property management, and ensuring health and safety norms are met.

You will report directly to the APAC Regional Operations Director and play a critical role in executing our operation. Your actions will have a direct impact on results, requiring coordination with team members and local operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution and adaptation to your region.
  • Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
  • Act as the regional point of contact and maintain ongoing relationships with local partners and suppliers ensuring daily execution of local operations meets quality and throughput standards.
  • Execute regional stock replenishment procedures for smooth operation.
  • Understand and contribute to the evolution of all real-estate standards, creating a physical reality that enables local operation to excel while being compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Procure and negotiate suppliers as required.
  • Lead the expansion of our network through real estate procurement and negotiation, and expanding the current supplier network.
  • Contribute significantly to achieving efficiency targets in your region.
What We Are Looking For
  • A background in Engineering, business, or a similar education.
  • Someone who excels in taking initiative to address operational needs and ensure smooth workflows, with experience in procurement execution and supplier management being a plus.
  • An organised and analytical individual who uses data to drive actions and effectively manages time to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, following detailed procedures, and ensuring precision in execution.
  • A team player with a willingness to work closely with team members and local teams, contributing to overall objectives.
  • Adaptability and resilience in handling unforeseen events to reach the end result.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and external partners.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
