Senior Leadership Role in CALD Communities

This senior role provides leadership and supervision to team leaders overseeing programs supporting culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities. These programs include mental health, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), and community support services.
The Practice Lead will be responsible for ensuring program delivery meets reporting obligations, funding requirements, and aligns with evidence-based standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the CALD Services Program Team.
- Ensure effective day-to-day operations of services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of CALD community needs and services.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
