Community Program Manager

This leadership role is ideal for an experienced professional seeking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Culturally And Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Provide strategic advice and support to senior management, driving the effective delivery of services and programs.
- Program Development: Lead and manage the development of new initiatives, ensuring quality outcomes and community engagement.
- Staff Supervision: Mentor and develop Team Leaders, building their capability and maintaining strong performance.
- Community Engagement: Foster connections with CALD communities, ensuring services are culturally safe and responsive.
- Stakeholder Relations: Represent the organization with professionalism, building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and implement strategies to mitigate risks in service delivery.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience in program leadership within the health, community, or social services sector.
- A strong understanding of issues impacting CALD communities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage compliance, reporting, and risk management processes.
