  • Strategic Support: Provide high-level advice to the Executive Manager in planning and decision-making.
  • Program Oversight: Manage the delivery of government-funded programs, ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Staff Leadership: Supervise and develop Team Leaders to build capability and maintain strong performance.
  • Community Engagement: Strengthen connections with CALD communities to ensure services are culturally safe and responsive.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organisation with professionalism, building and maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and implement strategies to mitigate risks in service delivery.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, reporting, and resources in line with policies and procedures.
