Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Culinary Director to oversee our catering operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing innovative menus, managing kitchen operations, and mentoring staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting diverse menus that meet the needs of corporate clients
  • Managing day-to-day kitchen operations and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols
  • Mentoring and developing kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results
  • Working closely with venue and catering teams to deliver seamless experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in corporate catering or commercial cooking. You should be innovative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key requirements include:

  • High-level menu development, cost control, and food production skills
  • Outstanding organisational and people management skills
  • The ability to uphold Work Health & Safety and Food Safety protocols
