About the Opportunity

FCM Travel is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Success Manager. This role is critical in growing insurance sales within our organization by analyzing and identifying business needs, then developing and implementing strategies to address these needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with all areas of the business, including external partners, to collect, collate, and verify feedback around our current and future insurance offerings. They will also attend workshops with new insurance providers to ensure a cohesive view of direction and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow insurance sales within FCM Travel
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to design insurance products that meet the needs of our customers
  • Develop and deploy resources to run within leadership meetings to maintain and grow attachment
  • Act as a central point of contact within FCM Travel for insurance escalations to filter and monitor service levels
  • Work with the Learning and Development team to ensure the most impactful insurance content is included in the New Starter Program training
  • Supply the business with consistent reporting to help drive accountability and growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years leadership experience
  • Resource materials creation and facilitation experience
