Marketing Support Professional

The Marketing Support Professional will play a vital role in assisting the marketing team with day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing projects within the Cardio-Renal-Metabolic (CRM) therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Product Managers, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
  • Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials, including educational content and marketing assets.
  • Liaise with agencies and suppliers to manage marketing resources and budget.
  • Maintain internal customer databases and support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of sales implementation briefs, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support the planning and execution of symposia, HCP events, and trade displays.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in marketing is preferred, with a focus on project management and coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritizing responsibilities as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
