The Performance Marketing Specialist role is crucial in the efficient execution and administration of promotions and offers. This involves supporting the Promo & Offers team, working with digital channel teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promotional Campaign Management & Administration: Support the end-to-end setup and administration of standard monthly promotions and other offers. This includes managing internal approval processes, coordinating with various internal teams, and maintaining accurate records in relevant tracking systems.
- Cross-functional Campaign Coordination: Facilitate the execution of promotional experiments and campaigns by coordinating with various internal teams such as Customer Engagement, Creative, CRO, Billing, CX, and Legal. This involves submitting briefing forms, coordinating asset development, and ensuring all necessary elements are in place.
- Quality Assurance (QA) & Issue Resolution: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks for both pre-live and live promotions to ensure accuracy and functionality is as expected. Additionally, support Customer Experience (CX) by providing promotional details and assisting with the resolution of customer issues related to offers, collaborating with CX representatives as needed.
- System & Process Optimization: Manage our third-party voucher provider for incentive distribution. Actively identify opportunities to implement automations and improve existing processes for greater efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- >2 years' marketing experience (or related field)
- Experience with campaign briefing
- Familiarity with a project management tool (e.g. Asana) and Google Suite
- Experience with AI and automation tools is highly regarded
- Experience with experimentation is a nice-to-have
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
- Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting errors
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving within defined remits
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures diligently
- Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
