What you'll deliver

This role provides direct support to the tastyworks Australia CEO across a range of company services and initiatives. As a result, the role is by necessity broadly defined enabling the holder and the CEO flexibility with the allocation of resources across projects given the likelihood of shifting priorities.

In summary, the role is responsible for providing support to the CEO across 3 specific areas:
- Providing support to the tastyworks marketing team.- Undertaking operational and administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.- Providing an excellent level of support to clients as required.

What you'll do

Accountability 1: Provide support to the tastyworks marketing team.

Examples:
- Assist with the management and coordination of entity social media platforms.- Assist with/manage online and in person marketing events including seminars, webinars etc.- Monitor all channels of client communication (website, advertising, social etc.) and proactively seek solutions and improvement.- Assist with the creation of marketing content (ads, banners, videos, presentations etc.) in conjunction with the tastyworks marketing team applicable to the tastyworks Australia model and strategy.- Liaise with the tastytrade team for video/segment creation/completion as required.- Liaise with the tastyworks marketing team on all promotional activities and manage appropriate client distribution lists.- Work closely with compliance to obtain approval for applicable activities.- Other marketing related tasks as directed.

Accountability 2: Undertaking operational and administrative tasks.

Examples:
- Work on daily administrative and operational tasks as directed by the CEO.- Maintain operational and administrative registers and task documents as well as track project progress.- Ensure all applicable operational or administrative reports are being consistently delivered and report any anomaly to the CEO.- Internal meeting and presentation preparation along with the taking of notes as required.- Other day to day operational and administrative tasks as directed.

Accountability 3: Provide an excellent level of client support.

Examples:
- Provide a proactive and excellent level of customer support for all aspects of the entity's operation.- Be knowledgeable with the entity's offering, along with the products and services provided by tastyworks US.- Proactively look for solutions and where applicable liaise with tastyworks US personnel to assist clients with account opening and funding.- Other day to day client support functions as directed.

Who you'll be- Highest Education Level required: HSC.- Education Level preferred: University Degree- Years related experience: 2+- Degree Type/Major: Business or Marketing preferred.

Specialised skills, experience, knowledge, qualifications- RG146 accredited.-
- Understand financial markets, ideally with derivatives products.- High level of competence and understanding of social media platforms.- High level of confidence with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
