Nutrition and Wellness Expert Role

We are seeking a skilled Nutrition and Wellness Expert to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nutrition assessment and intervention to patients, enabling them to meet their nutritional requirements for recovery and improve their health outcomes.

As a Nutrition and Wellness Expert, you will work in partnership with medical professionals and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide evidence-based interventions. You will also provide dietary counseling and education to various patient populations and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to admitted inpatients and outpatients
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent qualification
  • Recent acute care clinical dietetics experience and knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload demands and manage time effectively

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition and dietetics to provide evidence-based care
