Job Title:

Paediatric Nutrition Specialist

The role of the Paediatric Nutrition Specialist is pivotal in delivering exceptional nutrition services across the network. This position involves working collaboratively with multiple sites, including The Children's Hospital at Westmead and Sydney Children's Hospital Randwick.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing clinical food service systems, ensuring seamless integration of food services at each facility, supporting high-quality, clinically safe, and accurate food provision, and leading quality improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive postgraduate knowledge in clinical food service and/or experience in translating complex therapeutic nutrition management to the food service environment.

This opportunity allows for meaningful contributions to innovative change in paediatric food services, driving positive outcomes for patient health. Guidance and support are provided by Managers of the Nutrition and Dietetics Department as the specialist navigates current network needs and priorities.
