Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate nutrition professional to deliver high-quality services in our district.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop services tailored to the needs of patients and staff.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of nutritional care within the district.
  • Participate in ward rounds, case conferences, lectures, professional development sessions, and meetings.
  • Design and implement counseling and education programs.
  • Contribute to the supervision and teaching of students.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligibility for full membership of a relevant professional organization.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and skills in nutrition and dietetic practice, including the acute care setting.
  • Current experience as a clinician with demonstrated postgraduate experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience and confidence within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work successfully both as part of a team and independently, while managing a high-paced workload.
  • Experience in nutrition-related quality improvement projects focusing on improvements in clinical patient care and/or services.
