This role involves working at multiple dialysis clinics, with occasional travel to different locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in nutrition assessment, patient education, and laboratory review.

  • Travel between three clinics, visiting each 1-2 days per week based on clinic and patient needs.
  • Schedule: Full-time, 32 hours/week.
  • Minimum 1 year of Licensed Clinical Dietitian experience.
  • Licensed as a Dietitian in the applying state.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
  • Flexible schedule with potential for travel.
  • Ability to manage a large patient caseload.
  • Completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with at least 80% after training.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and DaVita-specific applications within 60 days.
Responsibilities:

The daily responsibilities include reviewing lab work, educating patients on dietary and medication changes, conducting nutrition assessments, and possibly attending rounds with nephrologists.
