About This Role:

We're seeking a skilled leader to manage our property and drive exceptional experiences for residents. As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee a high-performing team, ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • Lead and coach your team to deliver outstanding results
  • Plan and manage staffing to meet operational needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high-quality presentation and maintenance
  • Manage arrears and ensure targets are met for collections and operational costs

  • Help shape and achieve revenue goals while maintaining efficiency

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or operations roles
  • A proven track record of leading effective teams and bringing out the best in people
  • Strong budget management skills and ability to drive results
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in dynamic environments
  • Confident, collaborative, and hands-on leadership style
  • Open to obtaining necessary certifications and checks
