About This Role:
We're seeking a skilled leader to manage our property and drive exceptional experiences for residents. As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee a high-performing team, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Lead and coach your team to deliver outstanding results
- Plan and manage staffing to meet operational needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high-quality presentation and maintenance
- Manage arrears and ensure targets are met for collections and operational costs
- Oversee reporting and share insights on property performance
- Partner with leasing and marketing teams to drive successful campaigns
- Help shape and achieve revenue goals while maintaining efficiency
Your Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or operations roles
- A proven track record of leading effective teams and bringing out the best in people
- Strong budget management skills and ability to drive results
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in dynamic environments
- Confident, collaborative, and hands-on leadership style
- Open to obtaining necessary certifications and checks
