About the Role

This Sales Team Leader will be at the forefront of our call centre operations, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of outbound appointment setters to achieve exceptional results
  • Driving performance through effective KPI management and continuous improvement strategies
  • Managing escalations and supporting team problem-solving initiatives
  • Reporting on performance and sharing actionable insights with the leadership team
  • Assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous leadership experience in an outbound call centre or sales environment, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with excellent communication and motivation abilities
  • Adaptability in a fast-changing environment, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience implementing new ideas, tools, or technologies to enhance team performance
