We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our outbound sales team in Norwood, Adelaide. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching & motivating a team of 12 appointment setters (warm leads), driving performance through KPI management & continuous improvement strategies, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism & care, managing escalations & supporting team problem-solving, reporting on performance and sharing actionable insights with the call centre manager, and assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales leader who loves driving results and bringing out the best in their team. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in an outbound call centre or sales environment, strong coaching and mentoring skills with a proven track record of hitting team targets, excellent communication, motivation, and conflict resolution skills, adaptability in a fast-changing environment with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, and experience implementing new ideas, tools, or technologies to lift team performance.
