Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager - AML/CTF & Conflicts professional to join our Legal and Risk team in Melbourne.

  • Execute AML/CTF processes in compliance with firm policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the firm's enterprise-wide AML/CTF compliance program and systems.
  • Support and maintain the firm's new business intake and conflicts processes.

Policies and Procedures: Maintain compliance with AML/CTF and conflicts policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Risk management and/or Financial Crime and Compliance experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in AML/CTF compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of AML/CTF legislation.
  • Excellent analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills using risk-based reasoning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
