Job Title: Cybersecurity Team Leader
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Cybersecurity Team Leader to oversee the implementation, operation, and execution of IT/security risk management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, cybersecurity operations center experience, and excellent leadership skills.
The role involves managing and monitoring security controls, identifying threats and vulnerabilities, implementing protective measures, and responding to information security events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional CDC-SOC Team Management
- Security Event Monitoring and Investigation
- Incident Response
- Security Data Analytics
- Penetration Testing
- Security Assessments
- Security Control Management (firewall, Intrusion Detection, Endpoint Detect and Response, Vulnerability Management, etc.)
- Security Training and Awareness
- Web Development
- Scripting and Automation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related discipline, and two years of experience in the job offered. Experience with providing vision, strategy, and leadership is essential. The ideal candidate should also have experience in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and executing on them.
Skill Requirements:
Strong knowledge of IT/security risk management processes, cybersecurity operations center experience, and excellent leadership skills.
