Job Title:

A Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Expert is required to drive and manage the technical evaluation stage of the sales process, mentoring and building a team.

About the Role:

This role works with the sales team to technically advise on the sales of solutions and is a subject matter expert on security challenges and solutions.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an ambitious, collaborative, and knowledgeable individual with experience in cybersecurity and strong software engineering abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining solutions to prospective and existing customers.
  • Partner internally and externally to assess security needs and determine requirements and alignment with solutions.
  • Conduct solution proof-of-value engagements to obtain technical wins.
  • Conduct field reconnaissance to provide feedback and insights to product management and engineering.

Requirements:

  • Strong blend of communication and technical skills to be the field-facing technical ambassador for the organization.
  • Expert-level knowledge of cybersecurity, especially cloud and SaaS security concerns.
  • Experience interacting with APIs, integrations, and middleware.
  • Competitive intelligence reconnaissance abilities.
  • Understanding of routes to market and ability to represent the organization with partnerships.
  • Experience with cybersecurity solution stacks and how solutions are complementary or competitive.
  • Presentation skills for thought-leadership presentations at security conferences and webinars.
  • Experience working with and fostering growth with partners and the greater channel.
  • Ability to travel throughout Asia Pacific and Japan depending on opportunities and role.
