We are seeking a skilled Transformation and Change Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational change and transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational change management and transformation planning, with experience working within Defence organizations. You will be proficient in change management methodologies, such as Prosci or similar frameworks, and possess excellent stakeholder engagement and consultation skills.

As a Transformation and Change Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to communicate change plans and ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Active minimum NV1 (or baseline) Australian Government Security Clearance
  • Strong background in organizational change management and transformation planning
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultation skills
