Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Transformation Leader to join our team and drive the implementation of data transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading complex projects, developing strategic plans, and fostering collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About the Role

The Senior Transformation Leader will play a key role in shaping the vision and direction of our Transformation Practice. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and revenue;
  • Leveraging expertise in data strategy, governance, and frameworks to inform client advice;
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team;
  • Establishing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 7 years of experience working on large-scale data transformations;
  • A sound understanding of data platforms, governance, and frameworks used by Australian government organisations;
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team of people in delivering data transformation projects;
  • A reasonable understanding of contemporary technologies including networks, hyperscale clouds, and data tools/platforms;
