Key Responsibilities
  • Drive cross-functional business transformation solutions across multiple government units.
  • Lead sales process stages, including account planning, deal strategy, negotiation, and execution.
  • Engage with complex customer environments and provide decision frameworks and evaluation plans.
  • Craft terms for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain forecasting and pipeline hygiene to support business performance.
  • Leverage relationships within the Federal Government sector to deliver consistent outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility to hold a security clearance.
  • 10+ years experience selling connected end-to-end business transformation solutions.
  • Leadership in sales processes, including account planning, opportunity planning, and deal negotiation.
  • Deal crafting, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate forecasts.
  • Experience in engaging complex customers and providing decision frameworks.
