Senior National Sales Professional

Job Overview:
This is a high-profile sales position that involves managing key national accounts to drive revenue growth and market share for leading brands.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, particularly within the FMCG and grocery sectors, with a strong understanding of Australian retail channels. They will possess excellent relationship management skills, be able to influence stakeholders effectively and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales revenue and volume through strategic account management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Design and implement tailored plans to meet customer needs
- Foster collaborative partnerships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Manage promotional activities and claims processes
- Ensure effective forecasting and inventory control systems
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent work experience
- Proven sales expertise within FMCG and/or grocery sectors
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret data and market trends to inform business strategies
- Proficient in using sales and IT systems
- Highly organized and detail-focused
- Able to travel occasionally and work in an office environment
