Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our sales support team as an Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for booking daily classifieds and general display newspaper advertising while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and work to multiple print deadlines
- Review and edit content submitted by clients and the general public
- Update and prepare obituary notices for publication
- Ensure content adheres to print protocols
About You
We are looking for a team player who is highly motivated and has a strong attention to detail. You will have experience in funeral services, community development, or medical clerk services, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. You will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
