We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Perth. This is a permanent full-time role that will provide end-to-end administrative support to our Administration team.
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, visitors, and contractors in a polite and courteous manner.
- Ensure the reception area is neat and tidy at all times.
- Receive and direct incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
- Maintain and monitor our visitor Rapid Global system.
- Assist with accounts, customer payment systems, and in-house databases.
- Manage office facilities, meeting schedules, and stationery.
- Provide quality administrative services to support branch operations.
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Availability to work 9am-5pm Monday – Friday.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar office support role.
- A helpful and friendly attitude is essential.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail and level of accuracy.
- Demonstrated MS Office experience.
