We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in a project environment. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to the project team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including word processing, data entry, and correspondence management.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes, and follow up on actions on behalf of the project team.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience providing administrative support in a project environment.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team member and meet deadlines.
