The Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional who can proactively approach customers, showcasing the possibilities of our luxury RVs.
  • Arrange product displays to highlight the benefits of finance options and create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up on leads obtained from various channels.
  • Collaborate with our administration and fitting teams to deliver seamless customer service.
  • Regularly report to the Sales Manager on progress and performance.

The Candidate

  • Strong customer-centric attributes, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven work ethic, with the ability to work autonomously and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented display area, reflecting positively on our brand.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during the handover process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Be enthusiastic, driven, and willing to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.

Our ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably in a high-pressure environment, and a genuine passion for camping and the lifestyle it creates.
