Site Management Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled site manager to join our team in North Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding and ability to manage multiple jobs, including trades and labour.

  • Managing complex residential projects, including triple-storey builds constructed over basements
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams and sub-contractors
  • Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently
  2. Coordinate and oversee the work of sub-contractors and suppliers
  3. Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or delays
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in domestic or high-end residential construction
  • Trades background or Construction Management qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
