This is a senior construction position within residential building with the opportunity to join a reputable builder delivering a mix of residential and retirement living projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate multiple residential and retirement living construction projects.
- Manage site-based teams and subcontractors across various locations.
- Maintain project timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgetary targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure strong compliance with safety procedures and site documentation.
- Report on project status, challenges, and progress to senior management.
- 5-10 years' experience in a senior construction role within residential building.
- Previous involvement in retirement village or seniors living projects is highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of trade sequencing, build quality, and site safety.
- White Card, valid driver's licence, and relevant qualifications.
- A proactive and organised approach to construction management.
- Work with a reputable builder delivering a mix of residential and retirement living projects.
