Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Manager Multi Residential, located in Melbourne, VIC, The Site Manager will oversee the daily operations of multi-residential construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities include managing site contractors, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additional tasks include budgeting, scheduling, and addressing any issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and People Management skills
  • Experience in Residential Constrution and Site Management
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Management
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
