About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee the construction of residential projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing day-to-day site operations, leading a team of tradespeople and ensuring successful project completion.

The role involves coordinating with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations, maintaining accurate records and reports of site activities and performance, and identifying and implementing improvements to site operations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of tradespeople to ensure successful project completion
  • Managing daily site operations and ensuring adherence to program and deadlines
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of site activities and performance
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to site operations and processes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within the residential construction industry (volume builder experience essential)
  • Comparable volume building supervisory experience
  • Tertiary qualification in building and construction or similar discipline (ideal)
  • Customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills; and a positive can-do attitude
  • Vibrant, approachable and positive personality with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Aptitude for management and leadership and be technically minded
  • Holder of a White card
