Our wilderness destination in Tasmania's World Heritage Area provides a unique blend of nature immersion and luxury. We cater to travelers seeking relaxation and adventure, with three integrated offerings: Lake St Clair Lodge, Lake St Clair Tourist Park, and St Clair Wellness.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in fine dining and bistro management
  • Excellent communication skills, sales abilities, and a commitment to customer service
  • A professional manner and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work across other areas during quieter periods
