Nestled in the heart of Hobart's historic waterfront, you'll find a luxury hotel experience that combines premium accommodation with unforgettable experiences. Throughout the halls and across the walls, you'll find engaging pieces of history, art, and stories that connect guests to Tasmania.

We're preparing for a busy season as cruise ships dock, the sun shines, and tourists flock to beautiful Hobart. We need passionate staff to provide meaningful experiences across our guests' stays. What You Can Expect in This Role:

You'll work across bars, restaurants, or conference and events at MACq01 or Henry Jones Hotel. You'll be experienced in providing bar service or table restaurant service with a passion to delight our guests. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a key role in delivering a memorable guest experience. From serving meals and drinks to assisting with guest enquiries, you'll bring passion, attention to detail, and a guest-first attitude to every shift.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry in Tasmania, working with high-quality ingredients and service levels,
  • The ability to work with others and build positive working relationships,
  • A flexible and reliable approach to your working roster across 7 days a week and late into the night rotation,
  • A valid Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
