Job Overview

This is a key role in our organization, requiring a skilled and proactive professional to act as the main interface between our local operations and international partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging cross-border communication, ensuring operational alignment, and tracking performance metrics to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Coordination & Partnership Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between local teams and international partner headquarters and regional representatives.
  • Translate business needs, project requirements, and timelines across both organizations to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
  • Coordinate joint initiatives, product launches, service rollouts, and operational escalations.
KPI Monitoring & Performance Tracking
  • Define and monitor core KPIs for business services (e.g., customer satisfaction, SLA adherence).
  • Compile regular performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and international counterparts.
  • Identify gaps and lead cross-functional problem-solving to improve operational outcomes.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Issue Resolution
  • Facilitate alignment across operations, product, supply chain, and service teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or misalignments between the local operation and international partner.
  • Coordinate translation of technical, commercial, or strategic information as needed.
Cultural & Communication Facilitation
  • Ensure cultural nuances and communication styles are respected and interpreted effectively in cross-border settings.
  • Support business meetings, negotiation processes, and site visits involving international stakeholders.
Project & Process Management
  • Track joint project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Support implementation of operational improvements and ensure adoption of best practices aligned with international partner expectations.
  • Help local teams understand and adopt international partner-led innovations, processes, and standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, International Relations, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in liaison, partnership management, or operations roles—ideally in the business services sector.
  • Familiarity with international business practices and culture is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPI dashboards.

Project management experience across cross-functional teams.

High cultural intelligence and diplomacy.

Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
