We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative to drive business growth by identifying opportunities with target clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and be self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote position, and applicants must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire.
Main Responsibilities:- Understand current and future demand and enable, educate, and directly support the sales force to best position our solutions with clients and win new business.
- Lead client conversations, presenting our perspective on innovation and experience topics, and ask exploratory questions to better understand client needs.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities through lead-generation activities and cold-calling.
- Build rapport through strategic outreach and maintain a well-rounded client and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to pursue opportunities, recommend appropriate follow-up actions, and schedule qualified meetings.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-3 years of experience as an Enterprise SDR.
- Knowledgeable about business challenges encountered by Enterprise clients.
- Critical thinking skills to critically think through challenges clients face to create new opportunities.
- Perseverance to be relentless and push towards goals.
- Passion for sales and enthusiasm to succeed in this role.
