Investigation Specialist

As an Investigation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough examinations into suspected cases of financial fraud, money laundering, and other illicit activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth investigations into customer activity, transaction monitoring alerts, and case referrals to identify suspicious patterns or anomalies.
- Ensure all investigations are performed in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings, evidence, and recommended actions for escalation to management or law enforcement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Compliance, Risk, and Legal, to gather information and resolve complex cases.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of successfully investigating and resolving financial crimes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
