Job SummaryThe Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to provide exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, and recruiting new staff members.
- Broaden the scope of our food and beverage offerings through innovative ideas and initiatives.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the hospitality or retail industry, preferably with knowledge of food, bars, and gaming.
- Able to lead, motivate, and coach a large team to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications, as well as any other relevant certifications.
