About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at HCF Australia. As a key member of our Call Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from potential customers and sell HCF Health and Life Insurance products
  • Handle outbound and inbound enquiries from new and existing members with membership applications and questions about HCF Health and Life Products
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Maintain confidentiality of member information and ensure accuracy of member data

About You

  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and sales results
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre environment, preferably with outbound and inbound activity
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on achieving team and individual performance objectives
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
