Job Title: Data Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled data analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our digital transformation program. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanse, format, and map procurement and supply chain master data from legacy systems into Workday structures.
  • Collaborate with teams across Australia, the UK, the US, and Singapore to gather and validate missing data.
  • Support the creation and readiness of supplier catalogues in line with Workday configuration.
  • Participate in testing, data validation, and go-live support.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with audit, privacy, and governance standards.
  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data validation, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain data and workflows.
  • High attention to detail with a drive for data accuracy and completeness.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple data streams simultaneously.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations (Workday, SAP, Oracle) - Workday experience highly regarded.
  • Background in supplier onboarding, item data management, or catalogue development.
  • Previous exposure to transport, logistics, or asset-intensive industries is advantageous.
