Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team in the Philippines. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile customer payments daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare disbursement files and submit payments to clients.
- Send remittance advice to clients in a timely manner.
- Handle requests and refunds from agents, clients, and third-party agencies.
- Assist in the clean-up of virtual mailboxes, emails, and tickets submitted to Finance.
- Prepare consolidated revenue reports and raise client invoices on Xero.
- Chase outstanding AR as necessary.
- Record bills received and chase approval from department owners.
- Prepare summary of due invoices for payment or settlement across entities.
- Ensure proper recording of intercompany accounts across entities.
- Handle bank reconciliations across all entities.
- Prepare cash flow monitoring files and plot them on a consolidated file.
- Assist the team with monthly closing requirements, compliance audit requests, and other analysis as needed.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in using Windows applications such as Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong communication and transparency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology business.
- Experience handling large volumes of transactions.
- Experience with Trust reconciliations (AU, NZ, UK, or USA).
- Experience using Xero and DataSights.
