Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with our customers and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and grow our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain a regular visitation program with our customers, building multi-level relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Ensure all customer deliverables, including quote requests and general queries, are managed in accordance with customer expectations.
- Continuously enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Proven experience in account management or customer service orientated role, with a strong understanding of the fleet management and leasing industry.
- Ability to drive customer-focused outcomes and develop effective sales strategies.
- Desirable: completed tertiary qualifications in a business or related field, such as management, sales and marketing, or industry-specific qualifications.
