Job Title: Team Leader, Inclusive Employment

Lead a team in delivering high-quality support to empower participants to achieve employment goals.

Guiding and supervising staff, collaborating with employers, and ensuring compliance with guidelines and statutory requirements are key responsibilities of this role.

  • Develop and monitor the performance of other IEA staff in relation to employment anchors, outcomes, post-placement support, and program requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and support of lower or similar classified employees.
  • Be proactive in delivering IEA program services that are recovery-focused and strengths-based.

Required skills and qualifications include a relevant qualification related to the requirements of the IEA program delivery, at least 3 years demonstrated experience working in disability services, and strong commitment to and advanced understanding of recovery-based practice.
