Your Role

As Team Leader – Supports in Employment, you will oversee daily operations, work alongside people with disability to achieve employment goals and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results. We are seeking a strong, motivated leader to grow our supported open employment services by building employer partnerships, strengthening community connections, and delivering training that opens the door to meaningful job opportunities for people with disability

You Will Need

• Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving sector, demonstrating confidence, energy and strong connections to drive program growth.
• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or proven experience in the disability sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Experience in working with and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Proven experience in staff supervision and site management.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• NDIS New Worker Screening and completion of The NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before commencing)
