Job Overview:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting senior managers in their day-to-day activities

Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and minutes

Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries

Managing financial reports

Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures

Providing guidance and training to junior staff members

Ensuring effective communication between departments

Supporting the development and implementation of strategic plans

Analyzing data and providing recommendations for improvement

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications or experience in corporate services or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a corporate environment

Knowledge of business operations and administration

Ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations

Certifications in administrative procedures or a related field
